This is a modern hotel with working space and good accessibility with lifts. The main restaurant on the top was closed during our stay, but the cafeteria downstairs was open. The breakfast buffet was filling. Our room was a decent size and beds comfortable. It's a close walking distance to the station and a functional solution while staying in this beautiful town.

I usually stay at the Moxy for work and find this to be a great place to stay. The staff are always really friendly and helpful, the rooms are modern, clean and well kept and the breakfast has a good range. There is free parking at a local Car park about a 5 minute walk. The car park is well lit and I’ve never had any problems. I don’t particularly like the walk from the car park to the hotel as a woman travelling alone, I preferred when the car park was opposite the station. My only recommendation would be that if you are planning a stay near Christmas, ask for a room far away from the open areas as the band music could be heard from inside my room until 11pm. (I was on first floor at the end of a corridor) I had no idea of the Christmas parties and there was no fire-warning when booking.

We had a fantastic time here when on a weekend visit to Thorpe Park. Rooms were clean and welcoming, as were the staff. The standout thing for us though, was the breakfast. It’s certainly the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a long time - keep up the great work guys!

Rooms although small have a nice variation from a standard hotel room and are comfortable with all you need. Public areas nice with a funky vibe. Staff particularly at check in could have been more attentive. Location is decent with other places around about but not the most accessible by car. From the information given it wasn't clear the section of carpark was dedicated to hotel guests. While there was space on a Saturday night there is no control so may not always be the case and it's a bit of a walk away from the hotel with an odd one way system.
