We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to Heathrow airport for our morning departure and the room size for 3 people with luggage. Wasn’t really impressed with bathroom because of the size and the fact that the shower enclosure covered about half of the opening, so you’re definitely going to get water on the floor. There was also some type of construction going on which forced us to enter through the attached hotel Maxie and work your way through to the elevators. We did use the restaurant on property and enjoyed the service, food and atmosphere. There was also an outstanding dessert place ( Heavenly Desserts) next door! Uber drop off and pickup has to occur on a side street for access and safety I guess. Both drivers we used went to a side street which was only a minutes walk.

Very comfortable room, short walk to train station makes it easy to get to central London. Breakfast is very good, but you’ll have to ask for a to go coffee cup. Car park is free and a short walk away on Burlington Road but none of that is obvious. Website has the right address for parking but incorrect info on charge.

I was very disappointed when I went to room 705, and the noise of the air-conditioning (or other vents in the ceiling) was unbearable. I complained to reception and was told the manager would try and turn off the air-conditioning. After 40 minutes, I complained again to reception and was told to return to the room and wait 20 minutes for the manager. After 30 minutes, I went back to the reception because the room was still unbearable, and at that point, I was given a new room, 724, which was much quieter. My complaint concerns the unnecessary delay and the three attempts it took to change the room. I don’t recommend this hotel as the manager knows some rooms are unbearable and ignores customers, hoping they’ll stop asking for another room.

Think twice before ordering a drink in residence in bar, especially if the ground floor bar Moxy is closed for events, and you aren't feeling like to go outside. The Chinese man who works there will pretend to be very busy and he'll ignore you, then the restaurant waitress will ask you what you are ordering, then she will make a face on you and turn away. If you go to reception to complain, the receptionist will just smile and the bar man, in a inspected way, will place your drink on the reception counter. Yes, you read well. Then the receptionist will keep smiling at you and will tell you to enjoy your drink, after you have already paid for your 10 days stay worth more 2000 pounds. I do not recommend this place.
