The staff at the reception is fantastic! Loved the service. BUT everything in this hotel is paid! - The gym (with literally 2 dumbbells) is 10€ EACH USE. Like what?!? - To use the pool, you have to rent 20€ towels! - There is NO breakfast! They promise you breakfast on the website! I mean this place has insane hidden charges. Beware!!

Booked it last minute for an early flight, so it cost like $450+, very pricey. Definitely not qualified for a 4 star hotel, it looks more like motel style, everything is very old inside the room, didn’t feel very clean; The area looks very sketchy. But the staffs are very nice and friendly, close to LIN airport, it is very convenient to get a taxi for early flight, even at 4:30am, it only took 2-3 mins for the taxi to come.

The rooms are clean and look OK, but that's where the positive things end. The policies of the hotel are strange and not customer friendly. They start with asking for a €100 deposit. They'll charge (pre authorize) your credit card with the amount and you only get it back once they've check the room at checkout. However you'll have to waiting 2-4 days before the money actually gets back to you because it has to go through the credit card company and your bank. They will NOT inform you of this when they ask for the deposit nor that cash is also an option. There's a kitchenette in the room that's not included in the price and if you use it, even one glass to drink water, they'll charge €50 for "cleaning". The offer breakfast in their promotions but there's only a vending machine and no breakfast at all. The staff is arrogant and unfriendly. They'll just talk over you and not let you finish your sentences. If you do the same they'll be offended. The area is super sketchy, I wouldn't feel safe walking around at night. The metro is close but it's like 20 minutes to get into town. I would recommend staying somewhere else if you can.

Very unprofessional payment policy. Paid room in advance does not guarantee your stay in the hotel. If you don’t leave your belongings in the room the reception considers that you have checked out!? They tried to charge me one night twice. The hotel management (Monica Marchetti) was really impolite, she didn’t want to let me finish the sentences whilst I was trying to explain what was going on. On the other hand the receptionist was polite.
