Love this hotel. Rooms are fairly basic and small but clean and comfortable. Has a small fridge to keep your drinks cold and an AC. This is great for a solo traveler on a budget. Close to metro stop. And very good breakfast which was included with the hotel price. One of the few that gives you cooked breakfast with bacon and scrambled eggs. The staff is so friendly and helpful too and speaks English if you don't know Italian. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Very convenient, clean and welcoming stay for one night. I was attending a concert at Magazzini Generali and needed somewhere within walking distance to stay. The 24 hour concierge was very helpful, and they were happy for me to leave the room key with them when I went out. Great recommendations for nearby pizzerias from the receptionist. The room was small, understandably for the price and centre of Milan. It was extremely clean and the bedding was great. Everything in the room worked well. Breakfast was excellent, everything was very tasty, including the coffee made on-site by a barista working breakfast service hours. Grazie mille per rendere possibile un notte molto divertente entro i limiti del budget. Alla prossima!

A cozy and clean hotel but what stands out the most is the friendliness of the staff and specially Zaza he is exceptionally helpful, polite and supportive speaks 3 languages! It’s people like him that makes you feel welcomed and at home!
