At first we thought about switching hotels as this was not as nice as most of the Marriott hotels in which we have stayed. However, we didn’t have a lot of choice. Having said that, Amanda, was awesome! She seemed to fill in the gaps when there weren’t enough staff. The breakfast person was missing for the majority of the mornings we were there, but Amanda did her best to make sure we were still well fed. We needed several things including towels, extra sheets, shampoo and we received them quickly. The hotel is old and the pool heat was not on in December but we managed. Thanks Amanda for being the glue there.

The location for me is the only thing good about this hotel. The room was nasty and the dirty. I did not feel clean at all. The bed was comfortable, but nothing worked in the room. could not call downstairs to get towels, because phone was broke. The front desk had no time to talk however they were no one else to talk to but myself. they went and stayed in the back room from the reception desk. This is not a Marriot, it is a fake one. Food was horrible, was charged a different charge than what I was told. Even when I showed them the email I received from them, they just shrugged their shoulders. I advise not to use this hotel, I know I never will.

Hotel is rated as 3 star, however, it is at best a 2 star. Rooms: Linnen and towels were clean. The carpet seemed to be clean. Sink, shower, and other surfaces were not what I would expect from a 3 star hotel. It also appeared that employees were more important than customers. Didn't appreciate the responses from staff when they were asked about breakfast bar being empty, not enough food for customers. 12/15/23
