The room that we had came with a kitchenette. However, it did not have any cups, it did not have any silverware in the drawer. And the silverware it did have was dirty and used. Disgusting. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful. The housekeeper that worked my floor was awesome sauce.

A fine hotel close to the stunning city of Savannah with outstanding service from Wanda. She's truly amazing, exceptionally kind and friendly. This city is a genuine delight. Although the hotel may show signs of age, it provides great value for its price. I can't wait to visit again sometime! 😊

Very disappointing! I was booked to stay here on a recent trip to Savannah…long story short…I left and found another hotel. There were one major problem with this place: 1) When I opened the main door to building B, where my allocated room was located, I was hit with a wave of the smell of weed. It. Stank. Once I got into my room, because all the hallways smelt, even the AC was pushing the smell around. I got a headache. Complained to the front desk who told me this was “common”. Totally unacceptable - even for a budget hotel. You could hear the shock from other guests as they entered the building too. After multiple calls to Marriot customer service, who insisted they couldn’t do anything because they “don’t have control over their hotels, but would certainly arrange a visit to see this one”, I was eventually refunded and switched to a Best Western. Super disappointing.

We needed a room near St. Joseph's Hospital with a late check in and out because we were unsure how long we would be at the ER. We ended up having to extend our stay because I needed emergency surgery. They were wonderfully helpful and understanding. The room was very clean and was the size of a cute studio apartment. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a meal. The location is near many restaurants where you could grab an easy meal instead. The only downside would be that the pool is facing the parking lot though good thing we didn't plan on using it lol. We will definitely stay again if we are in town again overnight.

Stayed at this hotel as it was pet friendly but there was no place for my dogs to go to no dog park or area with grass only behind the building which you can only use during the day because there’s no light out back. Not very well lite at night to walk my dogs. Room was dirty and smelled like cigarettes. Found a finger nail in the bathroom and the toilet didn’t flush. We only stayed one night as we were traveling. So it did the job for the night would not stay here again. Breakfast was ok no coffee by the time we got there for it being 830am so if you want breakfast go early.
