I never share reviews, but this hotel was horrible. They overbooked our stay and asked half our party to go to another hotel. Then, in my room the shower lever was loose therefore only extremely hot water came out. They were also out of bottles of water. I will never return here for work again.

This place is really very nice but the employees are not friendly and do not provide the great service that other hotels provide. I had a reservation and I was using the key on the Marriott app but once again in the span of several years it didn't work again. I approached the desk and waited 10 minutes in a long line to check in. There was no eye contact, apology for the wait from the tall black gentleman and no help for me and others in line for quite a bit from any other employee. When I told him I was checking in and tried to explain my issue with the app room key, he interrupted and grabbed my room keys that were already made on his desk. Apparently, they knew the room key on the app wasn't working again. He never acknowledged me being a member of Marriott or apologized for the wait or even smiled. The next morning there was no basic coffee for the guests unless you wanted to buy it from the restaurant. This is a basic at other hotels I stay at as a member. The hotel was beautiful and the room was clean and nicely set up and modern but it takes more than this at the hotels I stay at. They need to retrain or replace this team of employees and fix their app that has never worked. Very disappointed and not my first choice for hotel stays, Marriott in general. I really want to like the Marriott brand but they make it difficult each rare visit with them.

First time visiting Vinings GA and I must say Dominic the Young Man that checked us in was very pleasant and kind, He knew the area very well and was very knowledgeable about different areas outside of GA. The room was very clean and cozy, the hotel staff did such a great job keeping the room updated and clean. Thank you for an amazing stay, We really enjoyed ourselves. Dominic was Awesome!

I am back with another review, the first one was not so nice. Everything I complained about with my previous stay was corrected! I have come back several times and each time was great! We first walked in and we were greeted and the employees were all very nicely dressed! The gentleman was very kind and took care of us very quickly. The hotel room smelled clean and fresh and it was. The room has love seat, ottoman, desk, microwave and mini fridge. Coffee maker and coffee provided. Iron and ironing board provided as well. I was very happy with the room and service. They have bar, food, indoor pool, and work out facility. In the morning they offer coffee, juice, and breakfast items. If you’re in the area this is definitely the hotel to stay at.

The rooms were very clean, updated, and comfortable. They were also very spacious as well as the bathrooms. The elevators are a little weird in that you have to swipe your key in order to go up, but you don't have to do that to go down. It's fine it's a security thing I get it but it's a little frustrating. The location is great, vinings is kind of small and laid back which we really appreciated. Very nice views of the city skyline on a clear day.
