Overall, this hotel provided a pretty pleasant stay. The rooms are clean and new, the mattress was comfortable, and there wasn't any major road noise. The front desk staff was all wonderful. Prices were very reasonable and there's plenty of free parking around the hotel. Unfortunately, the first room I received had an extremely loud air conditioner. I was moved to a second room which was a bit better, but still pretty loud compared to most hotels. Sensitive sleepers might want earplugs.

Great last minute stay. Hotel is always very clean. Smells fresh like bleach but not strong. Comfortable beds. Public House downstairs for food and drinks. Great local restaurants and easy DoorDash. I think they do a shuttle to the Braves stadium. You can walk across the street for great restaurants. Front desk check was very nice!

Let me start this review with a caveat: We stayed during the off-season, so perhaps some rough spots could be expected. The first of which was we arrived just after a pipe had frozen and burst, and water was leaking off the roof of the entranceway and a large pump hose snaked across the lobby. Apparently this also meant they had to close the lobby restaurant. But hey, stuff happens, and the manager was on it, greeting us at the door as we came in, explaining what was going on and apologizing for the inconvenience. On the first night the ice makers weren't working, yet, ever attentive, the manager fetched me some ice from the bar, and the next day the ice machines were OK. Wifi didn't work for the first two days, but was up and running on the third. It all came across not as incompetance, but a series of unfortunate events. Aside from the unpredictables, the lack of a microwave in the room, and a $21 charge for a lobby breakfast were dowinsides, but on the other hand they don't charge for parking like some of the "free breakfast" places do, so perhaps it evens out. Once the lobby warmed up it was obvious it was really a pleasant and welcoming place. I'm sure this would be a perfect place for a summer stay.

I make reservations here regularly for traveling coworkers and have probably spent well over 10G at this location. I called in asking someone to make note that one of our employees flight was cancelled and they would be checking in the next day. I DID NOT request to cancel the room or make ANY changes to the reservation and we were still going to pay for the evening. The person I spoke with did not listen to me, cancelled the room and then rebooked them into a double stating that nothing else was available. I make these reservations far in advance to avoid this kind of nonsense. The woman I was speaking with was speaking over me, being shockingly rude for a Monday morning and telling me that she did what I had asked her to do. She then said she was the manager and there was no one else I could speak with about the issue. So much for Platinum Elite anything. I honestly can't believe the lack or service just now.

The heat didn’t work, they offered to downsize our room as a solution but we had too many people in our party for that. The engineer was not on duty so nothing could be done. We were brought extra blankets but we still had to sleep in jackets and hoodies, it was that cold. Believe the reviews. This place is STILL having HVAC problems. Our room was switched the next morning, but the morning after the heat went out in that room. The shower was dirty. The rooms don’t have all the amenities shown in the online pictures. No balcony in the king suite. I was told there is only one room with a balcony in the entire hotel. Then why does all the pictures show one?! The decor was nice but we won’t stay here again.
