Very clean rooms, comfy beds, has everything you need included. The front desk associates are so nice! Always greeting you with a smile! The lobby is clean & decorated! The dining area is big and we'll maintained. Over all, this is a wonderful, historic facility to stay at! Don't hesitate!

Friendly staff and great location when in Columbus. The complementary hot chocolate and coffee in the lobby is a nice touch! You know what this place needs? Better lighting! Seriously, the current yellowish tint in reception, hallways and guest bathrooms makes everyone look bad. But otherwise very nice; rooms are comfortable and quiet.

The hotel was fine. The location is pretty good - walking distance to Nationwide Arena and a bunch of restaurants. However, there is no parking lot with the hotel unless it’s valet. There is one public lot that is a block away that’s an alternative. The room also smelled so bad. Like it was it was so strong it smelled like cleaning solution like I can’t event describe how strong and bad it smelled. Beds were comfy though. Hotel is fine for a night.

The hotel presents a mixed experience. It's an older establishment that urgently requires modernization. The rooms feel dated, and navigating the lobby is a challenge, especially for guests with luggage, due to the inconvenient placement of stairs leading to the elevator. However, I must commend Felicia and Tyrone from the Bistro, who are both outstanding in their roles. They are incredibly hardworking and personable, providing exceptional service to guests both in the morning and evening. During my time spent in the bistro, I observed their dedication and warm hospitality. They truly go the extra mile and are deserving of much higher compensation for their efforts.
