An older, but well kept Courtyard. Rooms are avg size, most have a balcony. Housekeeping does a great job from what I saw across two days. Shade trees in parking lot if doing Park & Fly; always a bonus. Gym is rather small, large drip coffee in lobby is $5; paid breakfast only as is typically the Courtyard way. Airport shuttle is 10 minutes from departure level. Rooms are quiet, bed was avg comfort. I'd stay again; pleasant staff.

The rooms are outdated. There was coffee, but no creamers, sugar, etc I’m a gold member, so I was supposed to have an update. I asked for it and the receptionist said that it was not available in the first floor that I requested. I said that it was fine, I could go to another floor. Then she gave us a room in the first floor with no upgrade. Also, we’re supposed to have a gift, and nothing.

Overnight stay for our family of 5 with 3 kids age 5 and under. It was super convenient when our flight was canceled and we had to wait for another the next day. We stayed in the Kind suite and it worked great for little ones that need some space to sleep better. The ladies that picked us up from the airport were very friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to Kidiverse and the free shuttle. The kids had a blast getting some energy out and the location was great for that. We were also able to easily walk over to restaurants for meals. The pack and play the hotel provided seemed well cared for and actually had a sheet. Maybe the first time I’ve seen that and gave a huge peace of mind. The only part that wasn’t ideal was the breakfast. We purchased through a third party and the site said breakfast was included so I assumed it was a continental breakfast but it was actually more of a bistro where you order and wait and they were very busy. The options of what we could order with our”free” breakfast were confusing and it was stressful with hungry children. We missed the continental where they can easily pick and choose exactly what they want but otherwise a good stay. Thanks to the staff that all work so hard to make us comfortable!
