I don’t feel this place lives up to the Marriott standards. The room was clean and beds somewhat comfortable. The bathroom toilet handle kept getting stuck and the sink was always splashing water everywhere, simple things that just weren’t looked after. The pool is somewhat clean and the hot tub not hot at all. They have the front desk person doing maintenance and plumbing. Shows you how much they care about their employees. They charged us for food we didn’t even order. To top it all off I left several pieces of clothing in the closet and the manager simply said they didn’t find anything, according to the cleaners. Didn’t even bother to look herself or follow up with me. 3 stars is being generous. Disappointed in the service provided. One big bright spot is the guy working at night, name starts with a ‘K‘ I think. Super friendly and helpful guy.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Just because you want convenience of not leaving the hotel you don't need to rob people on prices at the house store. Prices are ridiculous.

If you're looking to hang out at endgame for a Saturday, and don't live in the east valley, this is the place to stay. Always clean rooms, no bed bugs, and generally available. The only thing I'd wish for is to have a "gaming mode" on the TVs. Either you end up with a ton of delay or max volume.

Changed rooms 3 times. The second room was awful because of the A/C unit. I couldn’t even keep it running most of the time (Arizona late spring is pretty warm). I went to the front desk, I was told they were full but they could offer a box fan and a white noise machine. The box fan was dirty and gross, she cleaned it up a little bit but just the outside. I was told maintenance would be able to look at the AC the next day. The following morning after getting out of the shower, I was mortified. A giant cockroach ran across my pillows. I went to the front desk and the same lady was working from the night before. I showed her the picture of the cockroach and she just shrugged and said oh yeah that happens after it rains sometimes. I changed rooms that evening after I returned from work. I spoke to the manager after I checked out. My last night was comped but I was also supposed to get enough points added to my Bonvoy membership to allow a free night. I still don’t have those points. Seriously, after having 3 room changes and a freaking cockroach, I was expecting to have the entire thing comped. Especially since the new hotel thing apparently is to not have housekeeping unless you requested it 24 hours prior and you have to have a certain number of nights to even be able to get it at all. So, why is it still so expensive to stay when housekeeping isn’t a standard service and at Courtyard Marriott hotels, there’s no included meals or anything. Very disappointing.
