This is a newer hotel on the edge of downtown Phoenix. The location is relatively good as it is very close to the Diamondback stadium. The hotel itself has limited room designs and selections. The major difference, from an upgrade perspective, is how high or low the floor of the room is. The room is well designed with the kitchen area at the front of the room and a nice couch/TV area. The bed area is next to the couch with the bathroom right next to the bed. Overall, it is a nice place to stay on a business trip.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my son while on a weekend trip. The rooms were decent. There is a film over the window, making any view of the city a little challenging (perhaps it distributes heat from the sun?). We mostly used the rooms to crash after a day of being out and about. Service was adequate, but unable to answer simple questions like... best spot for a burger, etc. Parking is not great. There is a garage attached to the hotel, but it is $30 per day, and no in-out privileges. So you have to keep paying each time you leave. Valet was $43. It was fine for a quick trip, but I would probably opt to stay elsewhere when I return to Phoenix.

The staff allowed us to check in early into our suite. Quiet with great views of south mountain! Close to everything near the Footprint Center! One of the best kept secrets as it has a phenomenal bar...Little Rituals! I'd recommend this location and go to Breakfast Club for a bite to eat!

First, the good. Super clean, spacious, convenient. Staff was extremely pleasant. Breakfast varied daily. Overall experience was very good. The bad. Half of the outlets didn't work. I had to dry my hair in the kitchen. I called to get it fixed so I could read a book in bed and use the bathroom outlets. They fixed part of the issue, but I still had no lights or working outlets for half the room. First world problems, I know. Additionally, the heater did not work. At first I thought it was because the room had the AC on, but after 3 days of putting the heat on and trying all the way up to 80 just to see if I was crazy, I realized the heater would run but still only cold air and only up to 68. 68 is very cold with thin comforters. And yes, I did switch it from AC to heat. 4 stars. Would have been 5 if the outlets worked and the heat came on.
