This is a modern hotel within walking distance of the boardwalk. We encountered an AC issue, not going below 74, but Andrea quickly moved us to another room after the maintenance guy couldn't resolve it. Both Andrea and the maintenance staff were friendly. Despite the room issue, the exceptional service deserves 5 stars. Excited to return, and thanks to Andrea for her prompt problem-solving.

Newer hotel. Large and nice rooms. I arrived at 430 pm and was made to wait to check in for 20/30 minutes while they were "updating the rooms". Not a big deal but a large family in the lobby had been waiting for an hour, not cool. I parked my EV car with the hotel valet for three nights. $25 a night. As I checked out I asked if there was an EV charger in the area. The valet staff told me they have several right here at the hotel. Great! I asked if I could charge my EV car, happy to pay for it. They told me that since I had now checked out, I was no longer allowed to use them. That was the policy. Incredibly dumb and infuriating. I explained I was a paying guest for 3 nights but they stuck to their "policy" and denied me access of using the hotel EV chargers. I like the hotel overall but I hope they take the chance to improve their customer appreciation.

The customer service wasn’t the best I have to say. Our heater didn’t heat. The “restaurant” is pretty much just for a breakfast bagel. Not to mention we had to wait close to an hour for a room that we booked far in advance. The valet was great though!! Everyone else just seemed like they were on their first day to be honest…

Our conference took place at this hotel. We were a little apprehensive because of the negative reviews, but also noticed that the hotel was very new, and thought maybe the negative reviews were due to getting the bugs worked out and the staff completely trained. I believe that was the true, because we had an excellent experience. From the quick, easy and friendly check in. The rooms were very nice, clean and well equipped, with coffeemaker, refrigerator and microwave. The water pressure in the shower was good and the water hot. The food they served us at the conference was exceptional and staff friendly and efficient. I would definitely stay here again.
