Over priced for the service and rooms (the rooms are the same size as the rooms at the La Quinta). Decent price for location. I am currently staying here. The rooms are tiny, closets are small, services is terrible. I paid for the breakfast and spent nearly $2,200.00 to stay at this hotel. At check in, the night clerk says (Christmas week) “house keeping is tired and we would like to get them home so if you don’t want your room cleaned, put the do not disturb sign on your door” (I figure if your spend money at an establishment, you expect the service you pay for). NEXT, I go downstairs for the free breakfast, she looks at me and says “you do not have breakfast so you can just walk over and pay for it”. I look and say, I do have breakfast and I did pay for it “. She fumbled around and says, “oh yes, go ahead over and get whatever you like”. For the amount of money I am spending, I expect better. LAST, when I call customer service to leave a review, the lady says “because you booked with Expedia you can’t leave a review”. I tell her, so you’re telling me I can’t leave a review for a hotel that I am spending over $2,000 at? She says “that’s usually how it works”. Then she talks to someone and takes my review. What kind of place is this?

Excellent little hotel, supee friendly arrival... Here for a few weeks, but it has everything you need and a great selection of restaurants within walking distance... As well as a Starbucks bistro in the morning

Had an excellent 12 day stay at this hotel. The hotel might be 3 star rated but the quality of this hotel is better than alot of the 4 star hotels out there. The rooms are big spacious clean and comfortable. I had an amazing 12 hour sleep on my first night after a long flight and jet lag. The area is also a nice quiet place with alot of restaurants and a walmart nearby. Getting to NYC is also very easy from the hotel with a bus stop right beside the hotel that takes you straight to the Port Bus Authority near Times Square and the heart of Manhattan. There are buses to and from NYC every hour so going and getting back is straightforward and easy. Check in and check out was smooth, the receptionist was also kind enough to my request of having a room with a good view and kindly gave me a room with a view of the Manhattan skyline in the distance. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Location is great here plenty of restaurants and Walmart around the corner. The bus transportation is on the side of the hotel take bus 320 it will take you into time square within 20 min. The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room we was in for 3 days was clean with no noise issues. Love the location I will be making this my main hotel when visiting NYC.
