I stayed in this hotel with my husband and kids 4 nights. I would definitely stay here again just for the breakfast alone. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Also how close it is to NYC and being able to take the bus a few steps away were other great things about this hotel. Let's not forget how great and helpful is all the staff in this hotel 👏👏👏👏

This is the second time I have stayed at this location and it does not disappoint. The rooms are clean and well kept, it’s perfectly located for traveling into NYC, and parking includes which is a HUGE plus! The staff is friendly and inviting while remaining professional. I would like to give a special shout out to Shekera for her phenomenal hospitality and infectious attitude! She made us feel welcomed from check in and did not hesitate to help us celebrate my birthday! Thank you!

Nice, quiet, good location and love their breakfast especially the tea selection. There are other hotels, restaurants and a movie theatre couple of street down. However, please note the following 1) They do not clean rooms and you will not be informed about their cleaning policy during check-in. One has to make a formal request at the front-desk/reception for house keeping otherwise you will stay in an unclean room. 2) They charge your card $50 as 'security deposit' on check-in, they say it will be refunded after your stay. However, I was informed that $35 will be deducted from the security deposit and $15 will be paid back to card. They called it check in fee...I was dumbfounded to say tge least. This was not relayed to me during check in. 3) If you arrive early, you pay $75 for early check in or remain in the lobby. we arrived 3 hours to check in time, we paid because the lobby was too cold and we had kids. 4) Our room was not properly cleaned. Not surprising with their ask before clean policy that is funny enough nor discussed during check in like they do early check in fee and security deposit. Dear Hyatt, please change your cleaning policy like regular human hotels or do a deep clean of the room on check out.

I had a great experience at the Hyatt. Trip was somewhat noting due to location but the front desk attendant gave me instructions and guided me on how to get around. That made the stay much more comfortable and pleasant. Front desk attendants were very informative and helped me. Thank you guys espeiaally a young lady that goes by the name of Tiana. Very lovely patient and respectful. Definitely recommending

Went to New York and decided to stay here free with my chase points. Was only 24,000 for 4 nights. Thats about 60$ each night. Everything was clean, good view from 6th floor. Big room . The bad: no humidity device , too much humidity . Shower head looked gross because of the staining water. Windows were dripping/sweating so the view wasn’t clear. Maybe these issues are being fixed with the renovation and it’ll make it a good budget hotel. There’s also a $4.50 New Jersey bus , right outside that takes you to New York-5 min walk from all the major attractions. I didn’t experience any noises , slept like a bear…Safe neighborhood too.
