Great stay, they had at least some staff that speak English, or able to escalate english questions up to a staff who could speak English. Even the cleaning ladies we met in the hall were friendly and pleasant. Location was convenient in the tech area, lots of food options around. Rooms were modern and comfortable. Plenty of English channel options on the TV. Only issue was with the shower door, some how it got stuck, but luckily it was towards when we were checking out.

What a wonderful new property. The location is near an industrial park. It looks like there may not be much to do, but there are plenty of restaurants in walking distant to the hotel. The service here is fantastic! Beautiful check in experience, great executive lounge staff, and the rooms are very modern. I was ugpraded to a executive club level room. That is a basic upgrade as I was hoping for a suite which is my traditional minimum upgrade given my Lifetime Titanium Status. The breakfast is very tasty here and so is the executive lounge food. This is a new property so the Didi doesn't recognize the English name of the hotel yet. I recommend finding something near it and then there is plenty of signage around the hotel. I will certainly stay here again and hope to expeience a suite.

Location on Google Maps is not correct, it's located 200m away from this gas station. You better refer to hotel website for accuracy location. This Courtyard by Marriott in Shenzhen Bay is good, the interior design is new, and with excellent maintenance. Staffs are friendly and well spot what customs needs. Internet speed here is good, with download of 6 Mbps and upload of 19 Mbps, but you still cannot visit some of the website due to China government regulations. The breakfast here also great, it's mainly on Chinese and western dishes and taste good. Only the location is not great, as there are no shops or shopping mall around, but I think this hotel mainly for business trip to surrounding offices
