Wonderful place! Close to Dotonbori. Rooms are clean and affordable. We got a notification that it might be noisy because of construction, but we didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was amazing as well, lots of choices.

The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to major tourist attractions within walking distance. While the rooms are a bit smaller than I had anticipated, this is understandable given its prime location. I enjoyed the hot spring, which was not too crowded when I visited in late August. Overall, it was an above-average experience, although it falls short of a perfect score due to a minor issue with water leakage from the shower faucet.

Loved every minute of our stay at Cross Hotel Osaka. Friendly staff with a good comprehension of English was there to greet us when we entered. We asked them to help us book a few things and they were happy to oblige. Our bed was super comfortable and we had great sleeps on it. The bathroom itself was extremely clean. We looked forward to the included breakfast buffet every morning. Highly recommend you choose the Cross Hotel for your stay in Osaka for its location and proximity to everything.

4 stars room but 0 stars for customer service. Receptionist was rude and disrespectful throughout the check-in process - very bad first impression. Also, we booked this hotel 5 months ago, we weren't aware of the construction work that has been going on since August, from 9pm - 5am until the day we checked in (December). It definitely took us by surprise - is it hard to notify us in advance? Location is good but if you prefer a quiet place to rest, I would suggest to book somewhere else. It is super noisy and hectic all the time here. Would not recommend this hotel to family and friends, unless they want a spacious room.

I had a great experience with my wife at Cross Hotel. We had gone to Universal Studios earlier in the day so we were pretty tired. Checking is at 3 but we got there closer to 6. The Young Gentleman at the front desk checked us in and was extremely pleasant. The room was facing the Glico Man Sign so it was.pretty cool and the room was comfortable with a great shower. We brought our chrome cast so we were able to enjoy our own entertainment after going out in Dotonburi. The breakfast buffet is worth the price so don't skip on it. Overall I'll probably be staying at Cross Hotel again in the future.
