I enjoyed my 10night stay at the Toho and felt very comfortable. The room was clean and full of lovely amenities plus I appreciated the down duvet. The walls are rather thin so I could hear the neighbours and the bed was firm. The location is fantastic! There is no half star system otherwise I'd have rated this hotel 4 1/2 *

I recently stayed there and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is affordable and offers great service. I want to give a special shout-out to Andy Ren, who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend Toho Hotel for anyone visiting Osaka.

You're really only paying the price of a 3-star hotel for a stay worthy of 4 stars. Everything in the room was new and clean. If you want to save money and dont mind the distance, you could even walk towards dotonbori, shinsaibashi for sight seeing or namba for train transfer. There is also a coin laundry right beside the hotel across the alley.

A great hotel, the rooms were comfortable, they provided a lot of free amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, shaving cream, hair tie, hair brush, showercap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap and body sponge) and the location was near multiple train lines. The train line in order of closeness are: a 200m walk to the Nankai Line, an 800m walk to the Midosuji Subway and about a 1km walk to the Osaka Loop Line. Tsutenkaku Tower was a mere 500-metre walk from the hotel, and exploring the Shinsekai area was nice. There's a public bath near the tower that allows people with tattoos to enter (I did not have the opportunity to visit, so I cannot comment on the quality of the bath).
