Excellent service from Tanahashi san in the meet lounge. Very proactive individual and constantly on the go. Outstanding employee! Location wise, hotel was a bit hard to locate as signage was small and was down a smaller street from the main street. Room on 16th floor was fine.

Room was nice and modern and clean. Location was about a 15 minute walk from the "action" (Susukino). Down-graded due to a disappointing breakfast experience. I was initially turned away because I was wearing my hotel provided pajamas. (Previous stops on this trip wearing the hotel provided yukata was the norm). Also, I actually skipped the breakfast buffet (included with the package) on my 2nd and 3rd day.

Great staff, breakfast buffet was always interesting. The front desk team was always asking how they could assist us. The room was very roomy. Only complaint was the aircon was unreliable.

I stayed for 1 Sunday night almost $250 USD in this so called 4 stars business hotel. NOT WORTH IT! After noticing the AC in my room isn't cooling the room down after having it in for 4 hrs in a 34C evening in Sapporo, I called front desk. The lady came up and asked me "Do you feel hot?" I said no, but the AC clearly doesn't do it job well at all. She pulled out her phone, use a translation app and showed me this "The AC in this hotel is not designed to blow out a lot of air, it is cooling slowly". OK, I know but it's been 4 hrs already and I can't sleep in this temperature, so she offered me an electric fan. Needless to say a 34C night in Sapporo with the room temp approximately 28-29 C, I woke up several times with wet clothes and sheets from sweating. I tried to clean the AC filter myself using a toothbrush as the hotel staff was not being helpful at all, however it didn't do the trick. Very sad for a 4 stars hotel with a nice location. Bad service, musty smelly carpets, hallway filled with the smell of smoke. This place needs a new management.

Convenient location, walking distance to Susukino and Sapporo station Spacious rooms, clean Amenities are self service at concierge, so can take only what you need and top up what you need more of it needed Staff also regularly replace the bottles of drinking water in room Bath at top floor also has good view of city Some rooms can see Sapporo tv tower especially if higher floors
