I was there for three days and everything was good EXCEPT THE FOOD. Overall all the personnel was very attentive checking on your needs and would even go out of their way to accommodate them. I tipped them every time i had cash with me. they deserved it. My daughter had a blast at the kids paradise. The team who runs it did a great job. The food was a whole different story. They even screwed up french fries and popcorn. On the buffet they have a extensive eye catching selection, but none tasted as good as it looked. The only thing I can say was good was the natural juices (at least the watermelon one). The specialty restaurants were too small for the amount of people staying there and food wasn't good either at any of them. Also being they are all by reservation they were all filled quick which this left a lot of people stuck with the buffet. Out of everything burgers were probably the only thing I could say was decent, but even that could be improved. Would I go back there? definitely not. For the money I paid I would expect maybe not 5 stars restaurants, but at least decent ones.

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. Always something to do throughout the day, plenty of entertainment (both for kids and adults). There was a huge variety of food, and the service was great. One thing to be careful for is making sure you make reservations for the restaurants as early as possible (08:00 a.m.) because they fill up quickly. Beach was nice, but the waves were large the week we were there. Special shout out to the Kid's Club who were amazing - had tons of activities for the kids: Roberto, Kim, Abril, Karla, Leo, Jesus, and Nadia.

We are currently here and super disappointed. First off the service staff are amazing, no complaints there. The front desk and concierge are another thing. I spent 3 hours this morning trying to get a reservation to eat tonight. I went to the front desk twice and they said the system was down. I finally got in by 11am and everything was taken except a 9pm reservation. We have 3 kids and spent $900 a night, so I was really frustrated. I went to the concierge who said it was out of his hands even though other guests have said otherwise. There are a ton of other guests before you that have their reservations made for them so you are already at a loss before you even try. The buffet is not great, very school cafeteria. The view and entertainment are good. Our room was not great, one TV did not work and it was super hot. I felt like I was annoying the front desk when I asked for resolution. I have stayed at way better resorts here. Do not do the all inclusive, not worth it.

Been to Mexico for the first time and the resort was completely worthwhile. Clean rooms, amazing staff who work extra hard to make your own experience at the resort as comfortable as you can imagine. Pools were clean, activities were planned perfectly, evening shows were really very good!! A/c in our room worked perfectly fine… amazing ocean view from 1549… Please note: Reservations for hotels need by done by 8:00-8;10… we were able to make it to most of the restaurants

Great family holiday experience! Staff worked hard and were very friendly. Especially Jesus who welcomed us and took care of our luggage upon arrival and check out and David who works at the buffet who went out of his way (and over and above) to take care of us and the children every time he saw us. Food was good and varied. Beach, pools and waterslides were lots of fun. Kids and Baby Paradise were very helpful areas for our children.
