Don't stay here as a tourist. Bad location. NO SHUTTLE, NO BUS!! (Hotel zone bus stopped going here) The location is not walking distance to any beach. There is no shuttle despite what was advertised. I was told 3 times there is no shuttle service. Then I saw a Marriott Van and asked again and was told it wasn't for us and we could not be given rides anywhere. The city bus does NOT go this far south. It used to, but doesn't anymore. Don't rely on maps showing the route going here. They turn around at delphines. So there's no walkable Beach access or bus or shuttle. But it gets better - of you rent a car - there's a police check point right before you get to this hotel. And they will rob you. They pulled my family in our car out of the line of 20 taxis and told us they'd take me to jail if we didn't give them all the money we had. That's Mexico corruption for you. So- for this location you can't walk, bus, or safely rent a car. Don't stay here. There's just no reason to choose this terrible location.

Stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms were great and new. No complaints here Front desk was nice and helpful. Breakfast was a buffet which was fine. Things weren’t replenished on time. Staff was slow. Coffee machine was often out of milk. There’s no restaurant! They have something like a cafe. It is supposed to open at 1230pm to 9pm: it used to open at 230 or later and food used to be empty by 7pm No room delivery either. So you need to pick your food. Food tasted average but I was using it for the convenience and ease. The manager here was easy going and didn’t really care. I saw a few folks unhappy and complaining. If you stay here you will need to manage your own food. Overall 3/5

The rooms are lovely, nice roof top bar where they serve fast type foods: quesadillas, burgers, tacos. Good food and beautiful view. The hotel is a little isolated from other things so if you are staying here which i found to be a great value, plan on getting a car or spending a fair amount on taxis.

This hotel is convenient location to the airport. The hotel is nice, very similar to those we find in the United States. There’s a rooftop bar/restaurant and pool. The restaurant had really great food and service was quick. The front desk personnel was not very welcoming or kind. There’s complimentary breakfast and it was a wide variety of hot and cold foods. There was a lot of things that I personally didn’t recognize and wished there would have been labels for all the options. My 6 year old noted that the milk for the cereal is left out in a glass pitcher at room temperature which she did not like, as she is used to having cold milk. Overall breakfast and dinner was great, room was clean. Just wish we felt more welcomed as our first stay in Cancun. Not directly hotel related- but likely to happen to you if you stay in the hotel zone: As a side note- there was a police barricade set up in the hotel zone, he let through 3 people ahead of us and as soon as he saw us, pulled us over. Fortunately I read all about what to do if you’re pulled over. He told me I was speeding (I wasn’t) and asked for my drivers license and paper for the car. He told me I could pay a certain amount at the police station the next day, or just pay him a discounted fee on the spot with him. As learned from the internet, this is not legal and is a scam for tourists. I told him I would just pay at the police station tomorrow. He seemed surprised and again said it would be cheaper through him. I was respectful but firm that I had no problem paying at the station the following day. He then told me to just tell him a price and out of respect he would take that. Again I repeated it’s ok I’ll just pay at the station tomorrow. When he realized I wouldn’t fall for it, he told me that out of respect and because I was respectful, he would just give me a warning and sent us on our way. Do yourself a favor if you’ll be driving, research the traffic laws, recognize the car is in KM not MPH, learn what to do if you’re pulled over, and never speed.
