Overall I had a comfortable stay. I spent so little time in the hotel b/c I was always out; but location was good for everything I was doing. The hotel does need a restoration & updating. Some floors are not in use anymore it seemed. From the locals it used to be the spot to stay prior to the typhoon that hit a couples years ago.

I used to adore this Hotel before and I did not imagine I'd be able to stay here! I stayed here for 9 days. The facilities is OK!!!! The heater is just funny because there's a specific timeframe it will work. The staff is amazing!!! Very friendly and accommodating. They'd say Hi and very customer service friendly. You'll seldom feel nor experience good customer service in the Philippines most specifically in Cebu but they were properly and professionally trained! I will definitely recommend this Hotel to friends or whoever since the price is highly affordable but it's people are what makes this Hotel top notch!!!!

I don’t leave reviews often. I’ve stayed at an overwhelmingly amount of hotels the last few years and this will be the first time I feel the need to leave a negative review. They have terrible unusable WiFi which makes me regret not getting an Airbnb. Their AC is great but their shower is not warm whatsoever. They don’t allow you to bring outside food or drinks into the hotel and they charge 150 PHP for sodas and drinks lmao. Their buffet looked great at first but their food was cold. I couldn’t finish my plate because nothing tasted good. I have no idea how this place is considered a “4 Star” hotel.

My recent stay at the Crown Regency in Cebu City was below expectations. The pool was closed throughout my visit, a major letdown considering it's a highlight for many travelers. The breakfast buffet, notably pricey, lacked basic items like eggs, diminishing its value. Room comfort was another concern, with ineffective temperature control leading to a persistently hot environment. Additionally, the limited availability of hot water during the day was inconvenient. These aspects, I believe, need attention for a better guest experience.

I had booked a stay here with my family, but unfortunately, a typhoon hit and they couldn't make it. When I asked for a refund, they refused. It was pretty disappointing because the circumstances were beyond our control. I understand that hotels have policies, but it would have been nice if they showed some flexibility in this situation. Just wanted to give you a heads up in case you ever find yourself in a similar situation. They also had called me at 3:44am in the morning which was so disrespectful. I cannot recommend a place with such bad service.
