Stayed for 3 nights. In general, the room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. Alphonso and all other personnel (sorry I could not remember all of your names guys) they were very helpful and showed a lot of attention. I travel a lot and this has been the one of the best hotel experience. Thank you for everything.

I stayed here for more than two weeks and had a very comfortable stay especially the room service was very good. I would like to mention Mr. Jit and Mr. Raju who provided a very good service and also both are so humble and very friendly. I wish them all the best for the future.

Most courteous staff, Excellent standard. clean rooms, Best Restaurant staff, Most polite and hardware House keeping staff, Front office Manager Ms. Khaloudi, I think it worth mentioning the following staff names, during my stay, From House keeping, Mr. JIT and Raju, From Restaurant staff, Ms. Alex, Joyce, Reseller, Alfonso, chef Ravi, Riks, Thalitha, Overall best experience, Great place to stay.

My friend stayed there last weekend, ordered food from the bar, clearly either the bacon and or cheese were not clean. Within 20 minutes she was throwing up, despite this, the bar staff seemed annoyed at her rather than helpful. No refund/voucher offered, and nobody from the hotel in management has contacted her to apologize/be in touch to make sure she is ok. She was so ill she had to catch an early flight home. Others in the group also felt unwell after having anything with bacon/cheese in it. Clearly the chef wasn't in the bar at the time and a member of the staff thought it would be OK to just throw something together that was obviously unclean/out of date. Do not stay at this hotel.
