Would I recommend the hotel to a friend? Yes. Would I stay there again knowing what I know? Yes. The hotel is in a great location-very close to the main market in Old Brugge. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The hotel is a little worn and is in need of a renovation. The staff is very helpful. The cafe where breakfast is served is nice. The breakfast doesn’t have an omelette station which is my standard on how good an included breakfast is :) If you found my review helpful please let me know by giving me a thumbs up.

The rooms was a bit dated, but it’s clear they take great pride in the hotel. The staff was top notch, and the location could NOT be beat. Breakfast was very good and much appreciated as Bruges does not really get going till 11:00am. Be ready for the bell tower to ring you to sleep. It’s wonderful.

We only spent one night in this lovely hotel and we had no complaints at all. The room (deluxe double) was beautiful and very comfortable. The shower was amazing and the toiletries were lovely. The service was excellent from check in to check out. The bar is a lovely room to sit and chill and have a nice hot drink after a long day of shopping and sightseeing. The location is excellent, just steps away from cafes, restaurants, the canal boat rides and Basilica of the Holy Blood. It's a 20 minute scenic walk to Bruges station. Highly recommended.
