Wonderful staff great view and quiet. Perfect location. I found other hotels even more expensive ones don’t have the view and were very loud at night with late night life. Coming back with family. Thank you for the best stay. Cheers

♿️ I am an amputee and part time wheelchair user. Very unimpressed with this hotel.👎🏻 🛏️ ROOM 👎🏻 Pays lip service to disability access at best. Small less than obvious rise into bathroom, no cavity slider door, very slippy tiles and a dangerously placed glass shower divider meant I tripped, slipped and cut my toe open. Balcony completely inaccessible to a wheelchair user. Housekeeping even walked in on us without knocking on one occasion. 👩‍💼 I raised the issues with hotel staff on check out. They gave me loyalty points I later find out I can’t use at this hotel. 👎🏻 Next time I tried to book, I find out a disabled room costs more than a regular room and isn’t available for me to book specifically. It seems anyone can book them, disabled or not, they are not set aside specifically for disabled guests. 🧭 location is great, close to the wharf and the waterfront. So it’s a shame so many other things were wrong. ‼️I would discourage other disabled travellers from booking this hotel & it is definitely not worth the costs they charge per room, per night. My family and I invested a considerable sum during our stay, and the standout feature was the exceptional customer service provided by the staff. Nevertheless, the rooms were somewhat dated and more compact than anticipated. Although the scenic views were enjoyable, there is room for improvement in aligning the room quality with the corresponding price point. Certain corridors displayed signs of wear and tear, suggesting a timely need for refurbishment to uphold Queenstown's elevated standards. I extend my gratitude to the accommodating and helpful staff, who truly elevated our overall experience.

The room was decent. Beds were quite comfortable and the shower was ok. The view was really nice though. I suggest heading down to the breakfast buffet early. Lots of people and not enough tables. The buffet itself was pretty good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very well placed because not only is there a good view, but the shops are right across the street. The restaurant is also nice and even though there are limited options the food was delicious. Overall a good stay. Would definitely recommend.
