We stayed at the Cullinan Hotel for our new years and the hotel's exceptional attention to hygiene contributed to the fresh and clean atmosphere. Excellent service was given by the staff, who were always accommodating and kind. The general atmosphere of the establishment was beautiful, and the food was simply delicious. Sincerely pleased with everything, I heartily recommend Cullinan Hotel to everyone hoping for a classy and pleasurable experience. It was a delight to be there. Thank you to the entire team and the great service. 👌🏻

We are checking out of the hotel today after spending a week here with my husband and two children. The hotel is grandiose and very well-maintained, thanks to the hardworking staff. There was entertainment for all ages and the food was outstanding, as many others have also mentioned. However, there were a couple of negative experiences that stood out for us. Firstly, we were surprised to be charged 35 euros for an hour of tennis, which included a tennis racket and four balls. We have never been charged for this before in other hotels, and there was nobody else playing at the time. Secondly, we were disappointed to find out that the all-inclusive package only included meals at the main restaurant. The food there was excellent, but we were unaware that the other three restaurants on the property charged between 20-45 euros per person. We feel that this was not made explicitly clear to us when we booked, and it seems a bit dishonest on the hotel's part. We searched their website, but there was no mention of this policy. It appears that the hotel's prominent guests are from Russia, so perhaps this is something they are accustomed to, but it was not a pleasant surprise for us as Europeans. Overall, our stay at the hotel was good, except for these two issues.

The hotel is excellent overall and offers great variety of food. A la cart restaurants are awesome as well. Kids room is very friendly with a lot of animators and accepts kids from 2 years old. Few things to improve 1. I believe the hotel of this level should include fast track in the airport for all types of rooms. I do understand that it will increase the hotel cost but it is fine with me. I forgot to book fast track myself and as a result we spent a lot of time at the check-in desk 2. A lot of other guests received a box of chocolate at the checkout while we didn’t which is frustrating
