Excellent and clean rooms. Very attentive service by all staff at the bar and restaurants. Food was very tasty, big variety even though we went off season and we were spoiled for choice. Clean facilities and clean beach at the back of the hotel. We found the staff at the reception and guest relations not very friendly. The air-con in the system didn't work at all during our stay in mid November, the hotel staff said this was due to it being'winter' in Turkey. The weather was in around 28/29 degrees during our stay and the rooms got very stuffy at night. We had to leave our balcony door open to get some cool air at night which invited mosquitoes inside. We got bitten so much as the mosquitoes net was broken in our room. I spoke to the reception and customer relations so much regarding this and they were not helpful. I had a 2 year old with me and he didn't sleep well thanks to the temperature in the room. This was the only negative about this hotel. Apart from this, we had a lovely holiday. Thank you for your amazing hospitality to all the staff at hotel! 🌟🌟🌟🌟

One great place for a family vacation. When I think of an ultra all-inclusive hotel, Megasaray is exactly what is in my mind. Food all day long, and you can pick up whatever you like. There is no chance you're going to stay hungry. There are plenty of water attractions if you don't want to go to the beach (5m away from the door) and entertainments for the kids. If you are there at the end of the season, you might expect that the water is not very warm. There is a different party every night, starting with 1 hour for the kids and continuing with something for the whole family. The rooms are of good size and clean, with one disadvantage - the Wi-Fi is not very good. Great value for price!

It’s was my first time I have been in this beautiful hotel. All the staff was very nice and kind. The have a lot of difference service like live music, shows, entertainment for kids. the have a lot off difference food likes Turkish food ,Chinese food, Italian food ,all around the world foods. It was a great time is in this hotel definitely I will come back.
