This is definitely not a 5-star hotel. The hotel: 1) doesn't provide Wi-Fi in the rooms, 2) air condition system is too old and weak, it will be so hot in rooms in summer, 3) beer is fake and diluted with water. Big advantages: 1) a huge area with a beach, 2) several outdoor and indoor swimming pools, 3) tasty food, 4) a good animation team for children and adults. Also I noticed a big taxi fee. I advice you make short walk through the forest and catch taxi on a road to get the nearest Kundu bus station (it will be 5-10 times cheaper).

I spent first week of June 2022 here, i do not like their rooms, they are old and small, but when you go here only for sleep its okay. They have good staff, but only few of them speak in English, most of them speak Russian and Turkish. Food is good, but they do not know what the salt is, but there are a lot of seasoning and you can make them delicious. Entertaining program is good. You can play football, tennis, ping pong and so on. Every evening they have shows(acrobats, dances). You can also attend daily yoga and pool aerobic. Pools are good but they are short. (1 m 20 cm and 1 m 40 cm). I do not like their beach so i was their only once. If you want to go outside take cash in Lira/USD, cause you should pay in transport with cash(it cost 1$ or 15 lira) and their is not ATM or exchange places.

This hotel is definitely not a 5 star hotel. 1. Their wifi does not work in hotel rooms and so everyone comes out to lobby to use it which makes it super slow to use. 2. No body speaks english which is a shame as a 5 star hotel. 3. It is hard to sleep because people play loud music and dance until mid night. I seriously recommend other hotels. This place is not worth the price.

Today I saw a memory on Instagram, I've been here 4 years ago and it was not a pleasant experience. First of all, there were many Russians who were behaving without any manners. Second, staff members in the hotel din't knew English, only Rusian, and Turkish which is not professional for 5-star hotel. They were not nice or friendly. The pool was open until 6 pm if I remember properly, and fun activities and shows in the hotel were extremely boring. Wifi was not working most of the day and the room looked so depressing, like old communist buildings. The only good thing was the food. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
