Amazing hotel and amazing service. Aside from the usual traits such as being clean, having a great breakfast buffet, being easy to find, and being located in a convenient location, the staff at this hotel really go the extra mile to make your stay excellent. Two examples: 1. My mother really enjoyed the guava lemon green tea they served as the breakfast buffet and mentioned it to me as we walked by reception after breakfast to head out for the day. One of the staff overheard us and we were greeted with a full 32 oz bottle of the tea for free when we returned back that evening. 2. Due to some unfortunate family circumstances, we had to make multiple bookings at this hotel that made us not only have to change rooms during our stay but also made us have to go from one room to two rooms. During the change, the staff not only worked to make sure the two rooms were located next to each other on the same floor, but also moved all of our luggage to the rooms for us while we were out. Can't recommend this place enough, they have earned a repeat customer.

Amazing service, Wonderful staff, and Free breakfast with your room. I stayed here for 2 weeks and decided to stay a 3rd. Walking distance to most places and a great central spot to explore Shilin District. 24/7 laundry service and extra amenities. 10/10 for price.

The staff at the hotel are just wonderful. They bend over backwards to make sure even your simplest of needs are met whether it is refilling the beans when the coffee machine runs out of them to calling a cab for you. The staff do it with a genuine smile. The hotel’s room size is another plus point. It is generous - for the price - perhaps to compensate for the hotel’s location. All six in my group had nothing but good things to say about the five days we stayed here.

I have been a guest at the Dany Hotel in Taimu since 2016, and it consistently remains my top choice whenever I visit Taiwan. Nestled in a quiet alley adjacent to a bustling road, this hotel pleasantly surprises me with its serene nights. The location offers easy access to various shopping districts and delectable dining options, enhancing my overall sightseeing experience. Additionally, even without RTM, I've had no trouble using buses to explore the city. Notably, the hotel is conveniently located near a renowned hospital and is just a 10-minute Uber ride from the RTM station. The modern room designs and inviting public areas strike a harmonious balance between homeliness and relaxation. The comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms ensure a pleasant stay. Each morning, you can kickstart your day with a healthy and balanced breakfast. In the afternoon, the hotel provides a delightful selection of snacks, as well as tea and coffee for your enjoyment. The hotel staff goes above and beyond to create a home-like atmosphere. For added security, two dedicated staff members are present at the front desk during the night, ensuring assistance is readily available should you need it. I must mention the exceptional service provided by Tony, Zac, and Donnie during my stay. Under the capable leadership of Manager Mr. Wang, the hotel consistently maintains a high standard, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Finally, the inclusion of washers and dryers for long-term guests demonstrates the hotel's thoughtfulness. If you're considering a stay here, you won't regret it. Give it a try; you won't be disappointed.

If we didn’t stumble upon Dandy Hotel Tianmu, we won’t realise there’s another enchanting side of Taipei - adorned with exceptionally clean alleys and well-kept homes & picturesque surroundings and just a stone throw’s away from Yangminshan. Love this hotel’s customer service, Amelia and crew, passionately guiding us through our endless questions. One amazing point to note, they provide unlimited FOC laundry service, unlike other hotels which charge per garment. Thank you for everything, Dandy Hotel!
