The rooms are a good size and although relatively clean they are very tired and run down. It's a great location and as we were there only for one night we didn't mind too much as we didn't spend much time in the rooms. There were lots of road works in the area though so it was a bit of a headache getting to the entrance.

Excellent city centre stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby, dinning and lifts immaculate . We had a recently refurbished 10 floor room. All clean and spacious. My only complaint and my wife mentioned it to me was the Pillows. Looked lovely and large but you put your head on them and they disappear to nothing under you. A small thing I know but apart from that all Excellent.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Was less than impressed by the room quality. Definitely not a 4 star experience and probably a 3 star at best. At check in, the lady very kindly upgraded me to an executive room. However the room smelt of wet paint and I had to request to be put in another room. The second room had a faulty door which created a lot of awkward noise upon closing. The facility desperately needs an upgrade. Definitely wont be staying here again.
