We had a very good experience at this Hotel. All the staff were really very friendly and helpful. We were a big group of more than 100 people and everyone was happy. Special mention to Porter Maang and Mr Ahmad who as extremely helpful. The Rooms don't get a 5 star rating just because of the water that sips out of the shower.

We were forced to stay here because our booking in the Meridien was canceled due to a government event, and we wish we didn't come to Delta. Multiple issues with housekeeping not replacing toiletries, especially toilet paper and soap. Rooms were generally not well-stocked. Breakfast buffet was very small and limited for a 5-star hotel. Only one elevator from the reception to the rooms, making waiting times to get up and down much longer than necessary. Laundry service was confusing to communicate with, and almost ended up keeping on item with them during checkout because of delays. Food options for families were nonexistent, only having the buffet. All other restaurants did not allow children. Room service menu was useless because staff did not have the items available as per the menu, and had their own preset orders instead. Spa was not equipped with music or soundproofing, making it very difficult to relax during treatment, and an alarm rang four times inside the treatment room as well. Very disorganized for a 5-star hotel overall. Only real positives were the excellent location on the Doha Corniche, 24/7 emergency housekeeping, and that they upgraded us to a Jr. Suite.

We booked this hotel for our wedding anniversary, because its exactly in front of WBB, our little one loves the beach. The lobby facade is simple, nothing extravagant, but because the hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the Indian front desk guy, from the moment we enter to the time we checked out --they definitely make the lobby extra special. The room was simple and clean, the sea view in the 26th floor was spectacular. The pool area is also great, we thought it will be crowded because its the weekend, but its not. There is a small sauna area in both women and men's changing room which is very accessible, it definitely is a must-try. Although we didn't go for the brunch buffet here because little one wanted Jolibee, we will surely try it when we come back. We will definitely come back here again because the experience is definitely beyond what we expected. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The West Bay Delta Hotel is without a doubt the best Marriott I've stayed. All of the staff are polite and friendly. A huge thank you to Myat - she keeps the room spotless and is extremely kind; she is always making sure I have everything that could possibly make my time here even more comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean. This hotel is in the perfect location to access everything and of course the view is spectacular! An easy 5/5 stars.
