Hi. I highly recommend this hotel. The staffs are very friendly. 👍 They are so accommodating ❤️ the House keeping staffs and the waitresses, waiters, receptionist, Lifeguards, securities, and most of all the KIDS CLUB STAFF'S 🥰😍 very joyful, entertaining and so much fun to play with.... 👍👍👏👏👏 Thank you for the 4nights and 5days...love you all ❤️

During our recent vacation, a party of six with two children, we had the pleasure of staying at Four Seasons The Pearl-Qatar. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of impeccable. The hotel is a testament to modern luxury. The attention to detail in the design and the technological advancements present in the facilities made our stay not only comfortable but truly remarkable. Every space within the hotel, including our spacious rooms, felt like a harmonious blend of functionality and sophistication, perfectly catering to both the adults and children in our group. Nestled in a prime location, Four Seasons The Pearl-Qatar boasts a breathtaking beach on one side and a stunning promenade on the other, ideal for family strolls and soaking in the views. It was a joy to have such easy access to both the tranquility of the sea and the lively atmosphere of the walkways. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the services at the hotel for their unwavering dedication to excellence. The entire team, led admirably by General Manager Mr. Mehdi Zaanoun, ensured that our stay was flawless. Their collective efforts in hospitality certainly did not go unnoticed. To future guests considering a stay at Four Seasons The Pearl-Qatar: expect to be thoroughly impressed by the blend of luxury, comfort, and the warmth of the service staff. Our experience was remarkable, and we cannot recommend this hotel enough. It truly is a gem in Qatar's crown.

We visited the newly opened 5-star hotel intending to enjoy coffee and explore the area. First of all, we were taken aback by the ridiculous prices. Our outdoor seating at LouLou resulted in a cost of 135 QAR, covering two cappuccinos at 45 QAR each and a 45 QAR bottle of water. The coffee was served in plastic cups and made by a coffee machine for home use. Despite the steep prices, the quality was bad, we found it difficult to justify the expense. Secondly, the design of the hotel is poor. In general, the hotel has approximately 250 rooms, and the overall space felt cramped. The outdoor pool was disappointingly small similar to the size of the kid's pool. While the indoor pool, though more spacious and better, seemed unnecessary in the Qatari climate... The main restaurant and LouLou were noticeably undersized, with tables uncomfortably close together, lacking adequate space for the presumed occupancy of 250 rooms. The outside view is blocked by all the cabanas and sunbeds etc, so if you want to see the beautiful West Bay or sunset you have to sit either on the beach or walk till the end of the hotel through all the landscapes and stand there. In summary, our experience was thoroughly disappointing, considering the high cost and obstructed views. But the staff performed admirably, demonstrating exceptional helpfulness and friendliness from the moment we entered the hotel. Their efforts warrant recognition and elevate the overall experience, earning the staff a deserving five-star rating.
