We only spent one night here as per our trip plan, but the impression was very positive. Check-in takes place at 2:00 p.m. and customers are welcomed with a cool beverage at the open-air reception. Our room was big, clean and modernly furnished. The route between the reception and our room was surrounded by lush green vegetation, we also passed a jackfruit tree in a central point. The hotel does not have its own beach, but the closest one is just across the street and a few steps away through a small park. Nearby there are also 7Eleven, currency exchange, street food and Thai massages. I liked the way breakfast was served. We also had dinner exclusively for our group: it included vegetarian dishes, looked elegant and was super tasty. The staff were very nice and communicative. I recommend this place.

A beautiful, quiet retreat. Great value private pool villas really helped to clean off the grime of Patong. The rooms were luxurious, with a spacious and modern bathroom. The pool was clean with crystal clear water with high walls to maintain privacy. All staff were lovely and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, and bar offerings were substantial (and delicious). The Resort operates through an app notifying guests of special events, and can be used to easily order room service. Naiyang Beach is only a mere 50m away, and is the perfect place to watch the sunset as you enjoy the warm coastal waters. A really lovely place to stay, I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Great location, 5 minutes from the beach and airport. I enjoyed the layout of the hotel. A few minor/harsh criticism on the room- for a five star hotel there was a huge crack in the plaster of the room, and the plug socket in the bathroom had popped out. Other than that it was clean, fresh and had comfy beds & sheets.

The absolutely worst 5-star hotel I have stayed at. Service not a natural for the staff, you need to request it instead of staff always being ahead. They also seem to be afraid of making mistakes, which makes them slow, insecure and often you need to repeat the request to several people before action is taken. Breakfast incredible narrow with only sweets from Thailand, everything else very generic. The gym was only for those staying in more expensive rooms. No view whatsoever from the room, the whole complex was very closed, almost claustrophobic.

I wish I could give this hotel a 5 star review as it had so much going for it. But unfortunately our stay was not 5 star despite the rate charged. Positives = hotel premises, location (opposite the beach and adjoining the national park, close to shops and restaurants), friendly staff, 2 bedroom apartment was spacious and well equipped. Negatives = the pool went cloudy then green and hotel wasn’t even aware until we alerted them. This did not inspire confidence! Also no public toilets near the pool, which was worrying. We’d traipse back to our apartment, dripping wet. The basics were not replaced when our room was serviced (toilet paper, hair conditioner etc) – we had to ask. Air con was old and sometimes rattled so much we had to turn it off, especially when trying to sleep. I was excited to try the app but it wasn’t very functional – e.g. no restaurant menu, description of spa services - what is a Lime Leaf massage?! Messaging with reception worked but a phone call would have been easier and quicker. Breakfast was okay but far from 5 star resort quality. Service was friendly but slow (many times we had no cutlery to eat with). All of these things added up. Such a shame as the staff were so lovely. We may have been happier if we’d just booked a standard room but for the price we paid it was very disappointing.
