Great hotel if you need a place to stay before you leave for the airport. Says four stars but this is a classic 3-star hotel. The room we got was great and everything was new, so no complains about that. The infinity pool was warm and the location at the top floor was nice. The breakfast was mediocre but that is to br expected from s 3-star hotel. There is a free shuttle to the beach and the beach was very nice. Did not expect that but it was great. The hotel is very close to the airport.

Convenient location: Perfect for a pre-flight stay, with close proximity to the airport and free transfer provided. Spacious room: The king bed option offered ample space, and the balcony was especially useful for drying dive gear. Cleanliness: The room was spotless and well-maintained. Basic amenities: Hair dryer, and daily bottled water were appreciated touches. Cons: No room service: Absence of room service could be limiting, especially for late arrivals or early departures. Restaurant selection: The menu's lack of variety might not satisfy all tastes. Shower water flow: The water pressure was so low, it took forever to rinse out my shampoo. Panphuree Residence ticks many boxes for a convenient airport stopover, particularly with its cleanliness, spacious rooms, and free airport transfers. However, the limited food options and lack of room service may be drawbacks for some.

Basic clean hotel. The room was bare bones but very clean. No view but a parking structure. The pool and breakfast area has a very nice view. Breakfast is good and worth the fee. Shuttle from airport is free. Staff at front desk seemed overwhelmed at times with number of people. They were friendly. But a but of a language barrier. (No criticism. I speak no Thai.) Close walk to main street to exchange money, get food.

Upon arrival on the last day of the year, the staff was too busy to welcome us. We smelled smokes all the time though at the reception the sign said no smoking. The shower temperature could not be adjusted. The worst part is the air conditioner, we could not feel any cool breeze out of it. The bed sheet was a little bit damp and it made me feel itchy. The noise outside was really loud due to new year party. We could rarely sleep before our return flight. It was a horrible stay. The only good part was that the hotel located near the airport.

We stayed for one night prior to our flight. The rooms were clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the rooftop pool and resturant. The staff were excellent: the check in process was smooth and we were allowed to check in early. They arranged a shuttle to the airport as well. While waiting for our shuttle in the lobby, the staff had found our iPad accidentally left in the room and brought it down for us. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay close to the airport.
