Unfortunately we were disappointed with our stay and would rate the hotel as 3 star at best. The food was never hot and very poor in quality and selection. All inclusive drinks were limited and weak. No Prosecco. Rooms are tired but ours was clean and the aircon worked. Would not want a garden view room as small balconies are opposite and really close to each other. The pool area is small but clean, okay for out of season holidays. The location is the best thing. Bodrum town is lovely.

This is so hard to review as there are unbelievable aspects and awful ones! Let's start with the awful... breakfast is horrible with no real offerings beyond eggs and cheese...the hotel has too many rooms for the facilities and if you're not up before 0830 you'll struggle for a sun lounger....the pool is the coldest thing I've ever been in...the beach is tiny and gravel .... Air con is virtually non existent The unbelievable...lunch, dinner and the snack bar food all lovely....rooms small but ok albeit a bit out dated...staff are friendly ... The views and location are worth the price alone....

Great views..lovely buffet and amazing staff. Our room could have been slightly larger but apart from that everything was perfect. Great location and close to Bodrum centre. Private beach, gym, spa, pools, roof terrace. Lovely

Thé hotel is nice, but there are too Many people for its size, the pool is small and the umbrellas aren’t enough. Also the food is not enough for everyone at dinner time if you go late like 8:30 pm everything is already finished and you risk not to eat. The sea in front of the hotel’s beach is not good, you have to walk to find clean water. The rooms are small we were in 3 and the third bed is not a real bed but the one that can be closed and it was very uncomfortable with a thin and hard mattress. Moreover we had to remember everyday to the cleaning girl that we were in 3 because she used to put only 2 towels each time. Moreover she wakes you up to clean and if you ask her to come later she doesn’t clean anymore, she cleans just at 10 am in the morning. The staff don’t know English and some of them are very rude and try to use the fact that they don’t know English to make fun of you. One example: once we went on a day trip and we went to the restaurant at 8:30 and we could not find a lot to eat because they were starting to remove the dishes (even thought it is written that the dinner finishes at 9 so starting from that hour they should start to remove the food. Otherwise you change the hour and you write as finish hour 8:30). So we checked the time on the paper of the card we’re are written the hours of the meals because when you arrive at the hotel none gives you explanation about anything, you don’t know the hours, where are the restaurants etc. On thé paper it was written « dinner time finishes 21:00 and dondurma (ice cream) time finishes at 21:30 as it was 21 we asked for icecream to the waitress as it was still 21:00 and he in a very rude way told us that it was too late and I showed him the paper where the timetable was written and he told me « that the morning time ». Where in the world 21:30 is in the morning? Btw the waitress is the tall guy in the pool with red hair dyed. Then the cocktail in the rooftop are the worst ever and the girl that works there is always unkind and snorts in front of you. But the guys that works at the swimming pool bar they are very kind and nice, I suggest you to have drinks there. And I suggest you to go to the snack bar, we used to eat there, is calm, relaxing and the staff is very polite, friendly and there is also the possibility to have a fish dinner there but you have to book, pay attention because none will tell you this! At the lobby there is a girl blonde with always tied hair that is rude and I suggest you to avoid her because I asked she doesn’t do her job. Twice I asked her the breakfast pack (two days before) because we were going on day trips, at the beginning she said no and then she probably faked to write down the order because on that days we didn’t receive any breakfast because our order was not written anywhere. I did the Turkish bath there and the place is nice and relaxing, the staff is very kind but I didn’t like a lot thé massage. Lastly the position of the hotel is great because is near the center so you can reach easily the center and the view is awesome.

This is the worst hotel ever! Not even a 1 star! Dirty glasses on the table! insect in the food! We payed for a king size bed! They gave us 2 small bed closed to each other!! No warm water in the morning for shower! The pool very small and not enough sunbeds! The food not even for 3 stars hotel! . The ac not working.how a 5 stars hotel don't have nescafe? 🤔. Bad experience!
