We've stayed here several times now, and our experience has been consistently excellent. This is one of my favorite hotels--anywhere. The setting in Bodrum harbor is magnificent and puts you in the middle of the cafe district. The staff is always helpful, accommodating, and competent. The large old building has a courtyard with pool and trees which offers a sense of privacy and quiet even in the middle of bustling Bodrum. The breakfast is superb, and the attached restaurant (Big Chef) is very good and the prices surprisingly reasonable. Most rooms have been remodeled and are very well appointed. The hotel can be pricey in July and August, but the off-season rates are very affordable.

The rooms are clean as it is common by Hilton standards but what differentiates Marina Vista is the quality and attentiveness of the staff. I have been greeted with the Vale as I entered the hotel complimentary tea/coffee was asked and during the room processing I even received a nice warm cookie as well. Location is superb no need to go anywhere else.

This hotel is offering a rate and upon arrival they charge more explaining taxes had not been included! It is the first time I was offered a rate without VAT by a hotel, not to mention this is a Hilton hotel. This is very disappointing. 15 euro per night more expensive than the actual price offered upon booking, so be careful with them.

Pros Beautiful pool and restaurant inside Good location surrounded by restaurants Cons Closest Beach is 20min walking distance. Beach is very small Rooms have very poor lighting Staff is helpful for the most part. Some of the front desk people are very nice and helpful. Other’s barely speak english and get easily overwhelmed when there is too many people. In my opinion, very expensive hotel. Better to Go to yalikavak and find a room for 220€/night
