TAKE NOTE: This place charges 8 THB / kWh and it’s not included in the price you paid for when you book the place. Something to consider if you’re planning a long stay here. Place looks a bit tired. We stayed in one of the penthouse and the rooftop had treacherous stairs leading to it, broken tree planters but glad the washing machines was working. The place was not worth it for the price we paid. Though I must admit the location was pretty good for the area. Beware though, if you’re a light sleeper you can hear music from the nearby beach clubs.

Beautiful development with gorgeous views of Bangtao Beach. It’s too expensive as an apartment but it’s too casual as a hotel so doesn’t really hit the right mark. Unit designs are gorgeous with a very generous balcony but the 2nd bedroom is a miss with windows facing the hallway and the bathrooms also have a very strong musty smell. Location is great and the pool is also a nice addition but all of these don’t really justify the cost.

This hotel is good for its price. We had a forest view in our one bedroom room. We didn't have a filter or mixer. My only complaint about shower head, it is old and has insufficient flow. It's almost impossible to wash long hair. I had to wash it in a sink. Water was hot enough. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils. You will need to buy a sponge for washing dishes, toilet paper, and poison against ants(once you put it they gone)Huge plus is a restaurant Audy. One step down. Awesome food, low prices, clean and friendly. You will not want to search any other place to eat.

Wonderful apartment, if the location is for you. A 700B taxi from the airport, and about 10 mins walk (steep in places) to and from Surin beach. Only beach shops (7-11, Family Mart, a couple of places with hats/sarongs, a few restaurants, and massage places). Taxis elsewhere are expensive, and a very light lunch for two adults and 1 child just cost 1200B in one of these restaurants.. It is an apartment so no daily cleaning, but very nice and quiet with a lovely pool. Surin beach is beautiful (you can buy drinks/fruit after about 10am) but no umbrellas/chairs on the sand itself, and very limited shade.
