We really enjoyed staying there, but it was a little far from everything. However we never would have found some great out of the way restaurants. The room we stayed in was incredibly historic. The walls were 160 years old with painted walls. I would stay here again when I come back.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Bed amd breakfast was very nice. The true gem of thiss establishment is the proprietor/ host. He is amazing. He knows all the history of Firenze and places to visit rat etc. The breakfast was amazing..not your typical American breakfast. 2 kinds of soft cheeses..tomatoes..salami..prosciutto..pastries fresh juice...primo..primo..primo...and multi grazi to the owners.

The communication before the booking was always timely and the welcome super friendly. Marco knows a lot about Firenze and nearby regions and provided us with so many good recommendations. The rooms are marvelous and the hotel is located only a nice footwalk along the river from the historic center. Both, Marco and Christina, treated us truly like guests and not just like customers. We felt very welcome and would have loved to stay longer.

Nice polite staff, well kept clean room, good breakfast. The bathroom was very clean and I felt the shower had a nice pressure. The building has a terracotta floor and high ceilings throughout and nice artwork painted on the walls of the dining room. It's a nice novelty and certainly different to the hotels I normally stop in. The terrace is really nice but they closed it at 8pm which is a shame. I think he said guests were annoying the neighbours at night by being loud up there.
