The hotel was great. Perfect location, close to all the main sites. Many restaurants nearby including possibly my favorite place which was right out the front door. Also, the rooms were large and clean. The main reason for writing this review is because of the service. The lady that checked us in went out of her way to help us out and she was always there to help out with anything. The hotel was great and I would absolutely stay here again but the service alone makes this a 5 star hotel.

Perfect location within walking steps to all main sites. Room was good and large AC didn’t work properly and the room had a distinct smell which was uncalled for.

This hotel is more like guest house apartments which include huge rooms compared to most European hotels. The mattresses are memory foam and SO comfortable. The bathroom and room were impeccably clean. The staff was SUPER friendly and helpful as soon as we booked the hotel and throughout our stay. They even provided us with complimentary red wine. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. Also doesn't hurt to be steps from the Pantheon.
