The hotel is situated in a vantage position. Easy to access buses and hail taxis. About 3 minutes walk to Omonia Park and Hondoras centre. In front of the mall, you can buy a ticket with one of the hop-on hop-off buses for the city tour at €20/ 24 hours. Diros Hotel staff members were nice and ready to assist me with all I needed. They speak good English too, which shows how much they are professional

Great value: Few steps away from the nearby metro (Omonia) station. Syntagma square is also in walkable (1.4km) distance. The staff are professional and very friendly. You will find a couple of supermarkets, local souvenir shop, restaurants (including Halal) near to the hotel. Moreover, the neighbourhood is a happening place. Remarks: The hotel is not completely quiet and calm. The breakfast is very average. Conclusion: Recommended!

The location is great, right by one of the big metro stations - Omonia. The staff (that we got to interact with) were quite friendly. But the rooms, and especially the bathroom, was very underwhelming. The door didn’t close, which made it a very non-private experience to use the bathroom. On the opposite side of where the shower head, there were exposed electrical wires which is just begging for an accident to happen. With small improvements and minor maintenance this COULD BE a great hotel, but it’s not there yet.

This is good value. Staff are lovely. The room is a decent size. Hot water and heating are great. It's January weather so was well needed at night. Small balcony overlooking back of buildings but I asked for a quiet room and with the double glazed full length balcony doors Room 205 is quite quiet. The room lock looks a bit shabby but it works ok. Other people's smoke smell drifts in to the room so I'm glad I have my handy bottle of lavender! The drains are a bit strange and tend to be whiffy occasionally but the bathroom door is good. Honestly it's alright here. Cosy blankets. Near the metro, bus, trams. Breakfast is alright ( I wouldn't pay for it but got it for free as part of my deal). The coffee, tea, olives, yoghurt, croissants, and fruit are fine.
