Was here in early April 2022… booked through air-miles. The resort is affordable, food is good, and the quality of the site is great. However given the pandemic and the war in Ukraine it felt like a completely dead city… kind of took away from the charm of the area. I hope things have gotten better. Would recommend if so!

The resort itself, its everything you need. We are here now, it may not be 5* but what is 5*??? The staff are 10 out of 10. I was here for 1 week with a 10 and 12 year old. They loved it. So that for me is a 5* experience. It is safe, entertainment every night, so I can describe it in one word, excellent. Thank you, from room 601

Rooms cleaned well, anything needed they sort it out straight away so superb service (just ask for Costa - super friendly and helpful). Bit of a walk to any shops or eateries not inside the hotel so not ideal with limited mobility unless you use a taxi to get everywhere. Food definitely not aimed at the uk market but if you are willing to try different things food is good.

First time in Egypt total and the hotel is nice, if a little basic. All the staff are very friendly (except for the man checking us in) and they bend over backwards to help you. Downsides are that there are a lot of people who are trying to get you to buy-in, including a tattoo artist?! - and having them coming along while trying to relax is a bit annoying. Also the gym is badly maintained, hardly anything to use, and what is available seems to be broken (see pictures) Food is ok, could have a bit more flavour, and there is no access at the bars to bottled water which would be better than always going to a shop when you have opted for all-inclusive.

A truly great place to stay at. Staff are hospitable, kind and trying their best to really guide you through your stay. They gave us the freedom to choose our own rooms despite the booking info. They sent us a bus from the beach just for our group when we missed the last one. The rooms are clean, service is fantastic and the resort is lively with many activities from the animation team that keeps you engaged. Food was good, I really enjoyed their appetizers section. Lastly, I'm glad I picked this resort for a pleasant stay.
