Kindly let me have a late check out on the last day. Room cleaner Amr was so efficient and kept room spotless. Good choice of food at mealtimes but no availability of snacks outside mealtimes. Lovely room with sea and pool view. Hotel not suitable for disabled people due to many steps around the grounds. Beautiful gardens.

about 4 in all) do not interact with the guests, but only do a stretching program and that's about it. For the evening program, 6 days in a row children were stressed with the same collage of 5-6 songs, an animator lacking inspiration.... Great boredom and many embarrassing moments... Regarding the culinary aspect, I can say that you will find food for almost all tastes, but you have to forget the previous day (as in the movie "Groundhog Day"), the dishes are repeated daily (7 days). In the barbecue area, every evening you can find a single product, which differs daily. There is a complete lack of espresso/bean coffee, you will only find nescafe instant machines. At the reception bar you can find Turkish coffee with cardamom (for a fee). You want a coffee? Get out of the hotel! I also have to mention the disgrace with which you are served at the bar in the beach area.... while you are in the reception area everyone is all smiles, but at the beach area it is the opposite. I don't want to draw a conclusion, but I am convinced that at the prices charged by the hotel, I can find much better conditions elsewhere! About the good things about the hotel, you will find enough in the official presentation or in other reviews. If I didn't write them, it doesn't mean they don't exist. I'm just pointing out what should be but isn't. I cannot fail to notice the involvement of certain employees in ensuring comfort and Arab hospitality. They are really the ones who still hold the prestige of the resort.

The hotel is comfortable and the animation team is fun and energetic. He kept us inside the disco. It was a very nice experience and I will definitely remember it again.

The furniture and technical systems in the hotel rooms are very tired but work. The funicular lift was broken 2-3 times during the week, but fortunately it was not repaired during peak hours, and after the all-inclusive meal, it is better to walk. The pool water is colder than the sea. The situation with the sunbeds is bad because the beach is small, so people occupy them already at sunrise. The hotel is full of tourists from the East and the service staff tend to speak Russian. The pool music playlist was the same all week, which also contained songs and music that did not suit me. Corals and fish are beautiful. There are 2 pontoons for going into the water, of which the plastic one is safer. Show programs are simple. General impression - staff very friendly and helpful. The food selection is good and varied. The territory is clean
