To be honest, we were a little disappointed given that we spent £1300 for 4 days! Divelia East is a set of rooms (NOT a hotel) that faces AWAY from the Caldera. The room itself is lovely however this is not a hotel - there is no reception but instead a lady (Diana) who checks you in and gives your her number if you want any help with anything. Of note, she will offer to book you a taxi for anywhere you want to go but beware that she charges you around 10 euros more than you will pay if you book directly. We didn't know this, so we paid 45 euros for a 15 minute ride to the hotel from the airport!!! Look on google -there are cheaper companies. Also, breakfast if brought to your door in the morning, but you have to specify a time the day before. So, if you decide you want a lie-in or if you wake up early, then there is no flexibility! Also, the eggs are usually cold and there is NO choice as to what you get - a little bit of fruit (not much), eggs (cold/warm), bread, pastries and coffee (not tea). Rooms are not cleaned every day (floors, bins etc) although towels are changed and the bed is made Although the review may sound harsh, for the price we paid we expected a lot lot more. Should we visit again we will definitely try and get a hotel with a caldera view else, if not, we will make sure we do not pay so much. No-one goes to Santorini for a nice room, you want a view to match. Don't make the mistake we did

The host was amazing, so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect for us it was in the middle of everything. You can walk to Fira, grocery stores, car rentals, and food. Jimmys was our go to for quick good food. I was so surprised when the rooms were just like the pictures and it included daily breakfast brought to us which was even better! We felt it was perfect and it has room for parking. We had gone to a friends hotel on the opposite side of the island, the view was stunning but with all the stairs we were even happier about our choice in suites!

The rooms are beautiful, as is the outdoor jacuzzi. The location isn't great, it's basically dumped on the edge of a gravel car park on the main road with almost constant traffic. Breakfast is delivered daily and is fine, but often tepid and repetitive. I would expect a regular room clean including linen change daily, our glasswear and towels were changed, but the room wasn't cleaned, and our bed linen was only changed once during a 2 week stay which we found unacceptable. This place cost us nearly £3500 for two weeks B&B. We'll certainly consider alternative accommodation when we return.

Divelia East is one of a kind suit. It’s amazing. Everything was more than perfect starting from the room which was so spacious, clean and luxurious to the jacuzzi which has an incredible sunrise view to the breakfast which is soooo tasty. There are many pros to this suit. It’s location is perfect, it faces the bus station and the best gyros restaurant in Imerovigli called BALLA. Also, it’s a 5 min walk from a bus stop to Oia so you don’t need to go Fira first and 5 min walk from many restaurants overlook caldera view and sunset. Imerovigli is amazing calm and classy district 25 min walk from Fira. And of course you will meet one of the best persons you could ever meet who is Ntaiaana the owner of Divelia. She is an amazing girl soooo sweet, cute and helpful. She helped us a lot and guided us to the hidden gems of Santorini. Any moment you text her, she never be late. I wish I visit this amazing Santorini and Divelia Suits again and again.

Too expensive for what it was. The rooms are nice, but they aren't cleaned in between - just a towel change. Shower was pretty cold most of the time. Not hot enough. Also the jacuzzi is pretty much useless in cold weather. Breakfast was so-so. Not bad, but the worst we had on our trip. Santorini is expensive anyhow, we would recommend to do a max of 3 days on the island. It is so crowded.
