Wonderful hotel with cave design! Sea view in room! Breakfast with room service! There is a warm water bad in/outside the room! We have got a free upgrade for a larger apartment for the last night! I can totally recommend this hotel!

Absolutely incredible service. The staff our incredibly kind, efficient, and helpful. Stunning views, great location, and clean room. We stayed here on our honeymoon and it was the best hotel by far.

We did 2 nights here and it was absolutely incredible! Costas at the reception was so so helpful and made sure we felt right at home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a luxury stay in a really solid location. It is in the heart of Fira, so there are tons of stairs! My butt got a good workout LOL. It was also super close to tons of great restaurants/shops. A little touristy but nothing too difficult to get away from if you want to taxi to another part of the island. Do yourself a favor- treat yourself with a stay here. Thanks Nefeles staff!

We spent a few days of our honeymoon here and had such an amazing stay! They put rose petals and towel doves out for us which were beautiful. We stayed in the Grand Suite with private hot tub and caldera views, which is the corner unit with the indoor/outdoor hot tub and we loved it. The bubbles in the hot tub were so relaxing, and the indoor part gave us plenty of privacy to see the views. We also loved that there were 2 bedrooms to spread out in, and 2 floors which made the space feel really cool and unique - along with the awesome cave feel that Santorini is known for. The staff was so nice, from helping us bring our (heavy) luggage to and from the transfer, helping us with a health issue I had, bringing us waters quickly and efficiently whenever we called down to ask, and turning the water up in our hot tub a few minutes after we asked. The location was absolutely perfect - close to everything you could need in Fira. They helped us arrange a transfer to Oia for a night as well, and to our ferries in and out of the island. The only recommendation we have is to offer a more diverse breakfast. On the other hand, the breakfast was so convenient and easy - they brought it up to our room each morning at a specified time and it was always fresh and presented beautifully. Thanks so much for an amazing stay - we will definitely be back for our anniversary. :)
