Great location - 2 mins walk to the Re di Roma metro station (line A), and you can catch the metro to go to many tourist attractions (Spanish steps, Panthon, the Trevi Fountain, etc). It's also a 30 min walk to the Colosseum. My room was very spacious, clean and also quiet considering it's a busy area. Breakfast had a very nice selection (Cornetti, toast, fruit, tea, coffee, etc). Renato is a wonderful host - when I checked in he gave me a map and tips on where to go (including places where there aren't many tourists) and even lent me a guidebook. I felt very welcome and well looked after by him and his wife. He also told me about the history of Rome, which I always found fascinating. Grazie tante!

They don't make them like Renato anymore. He called a restaurant for us to see if we can still eat there because our flight arrived so late, he gave us maps and a book guide to Rome to borrow for our entire trip, every morning he makes us coffees,... just a gem of a guy! The place is old but we found it very nostalgic and everything is very clean. Airco works, beds are good and it's very close to everything you need to see in Rome and there is a subway station next door! The only downside, if I'm being picky, is the breakfast. Only sweets, so for a salty girl like me there wasn't anything. But you can buy some cheese and ham in a store and put that on the bread/toast at the b&b. We are def coming back here when we come back to Rome.

Amazing place. Small hotel with great service and breakfast. Quiet clean rooms. It's in a nice neighborhood that's not as touristy and it's only a few minutes walk to the metro. This was my favorite place I stayed on the trip I took to Italy.

Great place !✨ Very clean and cozy. The room has a comfortable bed, fridge and always a fresh bottle of water. The bathroom is also clean, there are towels and cosmetics. The owners were very nice and friendly people. every morning a sweet breakfast and coffee made from delicious beans. The location is perfect. It is worth taking the metro to the Vatican. We visited the rest of Rome on foot. Quiet neighborhood with delicious food and wine. We highly recommend it, we will definitely be back. It was worth it !Ola and Michał from Warsaw♥️
