We enjoyed our stay here. The guy running the place was super nice and helpful and the free coffee and tea along with a fridge to put our stuff was nice. The only downside was the rooms are so close to the front desk and you can hear people talking so it doesn't feel very private. The rooms are also small. Overall was a good spot!

Thoroughly enjoyed my 4 night stay. Antonio is very kind and so is the cleaner. They offer free coffee, tea and water. There is also a fridge where you can store food. Room was spacious and well equipped. Location fantastic. Highly recommend.

Our 4 night stay at Rione Monti was our first destination for our first trip to Italy. Spacious spotlessly clean suites in a beautiful old building, quiet, excellent location, with restaurants within walking distance. A conveniently shared kitchen with coffee/tea. Antonio was very hospitable & beyond helpful to us. He made our first trip to Rome a pleasure. Zakir was adorable & also always eager to help us out. We highly recommend Rione Monti Suites & would definitely return.

My husband and I booked the Rioni Monti Suites for two nights via their website. Upon arrival, we were required to pay for our full stay prior to seeing the room. Unfortunately, after entering the room we noticed a number of small bugs on the headboard of the bed and the wall behind the bed. When we informed the staff at the time, their solution was to wipe down the headboard with cleaning solution. Upon further inspection, we discovered more of the same bugs and were not comfortable staying in the room. Luckily, we were able to book another hotel nearby. When we returned to the Rioni to speak to someone about the situation, Manuela directed us to contact Zakir. As soon as we mentioned we were uncomfortable staying in the room, he became extremely defensive, and waffled between telling us that he couldn’t issue any kind of refund (even partial) because he wasn’t in charge, and telling us that there was no one else we could speak to to try to resolve the issue. He kept insisting that we would have had to cancel 48 hours in advance, but there is no way we would have known about the presence of bugs in the room prior to our arrival. He also repeatedly argued that other guests did not have similar complaints, despite us showing him the bugs immediately after entering the room. Overall, we are extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend to others.
