booked this place for 3 nights, we could not stay more than 30 minutes and we ran away. I was inside this bed for few seconds and I realized that my body was itching; so, zoom on the pictures and you will see what I am talking about, their sheets are so old and over washed they feel like a cheesecloth full of knots and fuzz topped with blanket, the beige blanket in the picture, which felt like someone found it on the streets left behind a homeless person, washed it and reused it on this bed and I am not exaggerating because the pictures speak for themselves.this place was also not safe in addition to it being uncomfortable. the room is located in a three bedroom apartment in a third floor building. each room in this apartment is being advertised and rented as a separate "B&B" but to me it felt actually more like a "bed of a refugee camp or prison cell", finally we left this place after 30 minutes and on our way out the building there was a mentally unstable person inside this building walking randomly and kicking door and walls with his feet. It felt so scary I am so glad we escaped this horror.

Not a hotel, rather two rooms in an apartment with a shared hallway and office. The room was clean with AC and a light breakfast included. 10am checkout with the cleaning lady knocking at your door. There was generous noise from setting up breakfast & cleaning, starting at 7:30am. The walls are thin so no escape if you have a noisy neighbor. There is no place to leave your bags after checkout, as it is not a hotel.

I booked a room for 3 nights. 1 day before arrival, they contacted me to tell me that "they had a problem with the boiler", so no hot water so they will have to put me in an other hotel. I said ok because I had no other choice as they already charged me THREE DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING !!!!! It never ever happened to me in my whole life that a hotel you book on Booking charge you even BEFORE you arrived but this is not the problem. The other place where they put me is HORRIBLE. It is not even a B&B but an APARTMENT. I mean if I wanted to be alone in an apartment I would have booked an AirBnb. As you can see in the pictures below, it is OLD , DIRTY and not nice at all. They did not even give me a price reduction !!!!!!! I DID NOT PAY FOR THAT. I could only stay 1 night in this horrible place then I had to book an other hotel, way nicer (and way more expensive) I think their excuse of the "boiler" was just a lie and they put me in the other horrible apartment just because at the DomiusFabiola I had booked a double room for myself and I am sure they wanted to put more people in that room to charge them more. AVOID THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.
