We stayed here for a week. The room and bathroom were clean. The issue was noise. The walls are so thin and the rooms are not soundproof. You hear other rooms TV and conversations. Another huge issue was smoking. Although the hotel said No Smoking, but everyone smokes indoor and there’s no sensor to detect that or anyone objecting to that. It can get really annoying at night when you’re trying to sleep. Breakfast was okay, but could have had more changes from day to day since it gets pretty boring after a few days. Location was great, close to ferries, steps from metro/subway. Galata tower is very close and the vibe at night is unbeatable. Used the safe inside the room and had no issue.

I was disgusted by the lack of cleanliness at this hotel. Myself and two others booked a triple room, room 703. We were all exhausted when we arrived having travelled approximately 10 hours to get here. When I pulled back my single bed doona there were blood stains on my sheets. Housekeeping had clearly not changed my sheets. The other two beds were clean as far as we could tell. I took it up with reception and their attitude was after checking the sheets it’s only a little blood. After I argued with them about it they offered to change the bottom sheet only and not the whole set. I asked for a refund which was refused and all of this took over two hours. They refused to put me in another room and offered me to change all of us over instead which we could not do because the two other travellers with me were already asleep with exhaustion and I was not prepared to wake them up. Totally disgusted with this hotel and the lack of professionalism by the staff. To be told it’s only a small amount of blood was disgraceful. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and will make sure our travel agent gets this review so they consider taking it off their list of possible hotels to stay at.

The location is good, but there is too much noise from the road and the Imam woke me every morning after 5 am. The view from my room was amazing. The rooms are good and look new and clean. The breakfast is a little weird, it looks more like brunch. Overall it was a nice stay.

I liked the hotel, about the breakfast, I can't say that it was a varied breakfast, but it was good, about the accessibility, I think it can be said to be excellent, a few minutes to the Sisli metro, and the bus station for commuting in the city, near Esteghlal Street and the surrounding streets to walk The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. There was a feeling of security. The view of the rooms facing the street of the hotel was good. The hotel staff are also very good. Overall, I recommend.

Nice, clean rooms and great view. Breakfast is ok. Location is perfect, as Galata tower and Istiklal street are at a walking distance. There are also metro/bus stations close by and you can reach places like Sultanahmet square and Balat within 15-25 minutes. The negative part is that I found the staff kind of rude the whole time! Only one lady at the breakfast was super nice and polite. Everyone else was just awfully grumpy and unhelpful.
