One name: Bin Haydar!!! He's not just the biggest worker we met, he's our good friend now, the attitude of this worker will make your stay really pleasant. Never met such a good person, it was really impressive to see how big can be the heart of man! From the first moment we get to the Hotel he helped us and has treated us in an unbeatable way. They chosed us a room with the best views, that point made that the hotel was our secret ubication to see the Golden Horn views. It was amazingly easy to get to the hotel or the historical center since the hotel had free transfers and if you couldn't take the transfer they call you a trustful taxi driver. Best service, with terrace, bar, restaurant and 24/7 room service. Not forgetting that they refill you everyday your room with water, coffee and tea and even the bathroom utensils. We also ate like 2 or 3 times at the restaurant and it was sincerly good and yummy with authentic turkish food! Also, it was nice to see that every corner of the hotel was absolutly clean. We need to congratulate the cleaning staff, they were fast and accurated. About the location we read before it was hard to get to the hotel but it's not true its quite close to the important things, and the staff helps you a lot with it. There is a lot of good things to say about our stay in this hotel that I would like to explain but the most important is Bin Haydar works, you will see easily if you enjoy some days there! Totally recommended we will repeat!

Pros: === Value for money : 5/5 I booked a 7 nights package at Dossa Dossi Golden Horn for my family for 2 connected rooms. The rooms -although - small were convenient and definitely great value for money especially when you have very young children. Staff : 4/5 The staff were very polite in general and the cleaners were prompt (Pinar was good) and always ensured we had everything we needed. However, the experience with the room delivery service was not that great. A bottle opener was requested at least twice in half an hour and still did not arrive only for me to have to go to the reception in the dead of the night to ask for one. Basically reception asked the restaurant staff to deliver and they did not. But strangely reception just blamed the restaurant and did not even care to apologize. It was quite irritating. Breakfast : 5/5 Just a great variety of food ! Loved it. Ala carte : 3/5 Pizza and that too delivered to the room - hardly impressive. The other items were not exceptional as well Cons: === 1. The tour package recommended by the staff to Bursa-Uludag through green express travel was a total waste of money with the tour being more of a "shopping tour" with much time wasted everywhere. 2. The tour package recommended to Sapanca could have been the same if not for me pulling out. We were told by the staff that "it always snowed" in sapanca. But a simple phone call to Sapanca resort - after the debacle of the trip to Uludag - revealed to us there was no snow. The hotel staff must be careful in recommending. 3. The Pereme tours dinner-cruise package recommended by the hotel was way too pricier than the Lufer yacht package. 4. The pizzas were unimpressive.

Coming from Oman/Muscat. Since i arrived to the hotel, the hotel staff they provide us an exceptional welcoming and a warm hospitality. Amazing staff so Friendly supporting and providing help even outside hotel once we need a help or support. Younis, abdulsalal, ilyas, mohammed, Firouz and the whole entire the team they was So friendly!! Thank you much. This memory it was so lovely of staying in your hotel guys.
