My stay at this hotel was disappointing. The staff's consistently rude attitude made interactions unpleasant. The promised pool amenities were often unavailable, and when open, the water was murky and the surroundings neglected. Additionally, the rooms lacked cleanliness standards. Overall, not a recommended choice for a pleasant stay.

The hotel pool was a major disappointment. The water was murky, and the pool area looked neglected. Additionally, the lack of proper maintenance was evident with dirty tiles and unpleasant odors. Overall, a subpar experience that didn't meet basic hygiene standards.

Everyone is rude here The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and unfriendly. Our requests were met with indifference, and the overall service lacked genuine hospitality. It felt like they were more interested in going through the motions than ensuring guests had a positive experience. Disappointing customer service that detracted from our stay. Pool was closed for unknown reason which was a disappointment and everyone kept saying they don’t know why. Never coming back here again

We stayed in this hotel via the Istanbul Stopover program. Overall, the hotel is nice, not 5* I would say, but really good. Below I will share the usual review, but firstly about one accident, that really is unacceptable in a hotel stating to be 5* - it is hamam person, entering women sauna space (while men sauna was empty) and sitting with his legs spread showing off his genitalias. That is SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE - firstly I thought it was a hotel guest, but apparently he did speak very little English, he said he is from Istanbul and later on I saw him wearing a red/white hamam towel just like in the hotel's advertisement. Mid height quite skinny guy with small beard. I reported to hotel reception and hopefully this will be taken into consideration. That is an TRUE EMBARRASSEMENT for any respectable hotel. So the usual review. Location is quite convenient, there is a metro station just outside the hotel, so you can easily get to the city center. Taxis are also just outside the corner, if needed. The hotel room size is good and convenient. We visited in early Jan, so the air conditioner was not working and the room got really hot during the night. Probably during other seasons it should be good. Breakfast is good and you have nice variety to choose from. Really something for everyone's taste. Small, but good gym space. And the spa space is also nice and big, with jacuzzi, sauna and pool. I did not try hamam. Overall relaxing space, except the incident described above.
